Shipping Policy
a) Shipping Duration: Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving the order. However, during busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
b) Free shipping facility is given only to pre-paid orders which are to be delivered within the Indian Territory and not outside India. Any product delivery outside India would be chargeable at the prevalent market rates.
c) Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with toffcraft.com.
d) If two or more items are ordered, you may receive them in distinct boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations.
e) For transit safety purposes products may be shipped separately.
f) It is suggested by us that you should give full and complete address details along with the proper pin code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address or pin code does not match. The liability to bear such charges and penalties (if any) shall rest with you, to the courier company.
g) You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.
h) Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before the dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be granted.
i) We will not be responsible for postal delays or order cancellations resulting from incomplete addresses or contact details.
j) You agree that you shall be solely liable and responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.
k) For any type of shipment to any girl’s hostel/college/school etc., a specific date and time should be mentioned while placing the order to avoid returns due to permission issues for entering such premises. We will not be responsible for refund or credits if any nor shall re-ship the order in such circumstances.
